2. Electric supply is on low voltage temporary connection.

3. Flushing water is very smelly and dirty.

4. Security of the complex is compromised---no boundary wall on one side of the complex.

5. Frequent waterlogging of basement due to absence of water discharge facility.

6. STP water also floods the basement due to similar reason.

7. Builder doesn’t fulfil its obligation of statuary compliances e.g. no steps taken to convert DG to dual fuel mode in spite of regulatory directions having been issued last year.
